Everything about this condo is good, from the detailed instructions for everything, has everything, centrally located, very clean, stays cooler, so comfortable, like at home, and no rattan, or leather furniture. WIFI is great, too. What a great find. Thank you.

What a wonderful treat we had! We spent a glorious
week in this tropical condo paradise!!!! There were 3 of us - two adults and one 12 year old. The unit was super clean, well organized and terrifically comfortable. It had a wonderfuly themed Hawaiian decor! It was well stocked with kitchen, laundry, bedroom and bathroom amenities. Both the master bed and pull out living room bed were very comfortable (love the posterpedic mattress on the King size master bed!). Had moveable airconditioning units for bedroom, and wall unit in living room, as well as fans throughout. The patio outlooking a pretty grassy outdoor area was the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning and to watch the sunset at night. Two comfy lazy boy chairs and couch were good spots to catch up on a movie in the evening. An enjoyable and short walk to a lovely beach, shops and numerous restaurants. Pool in the complex was also great and BBQ area was a fun place to dine as well. We will definitely be back to stay here again!!!

Thank you for allowing us to rent your lovely condo for 4 weeks in August. Our first thoughts when we walked in were "this is very spacious, well kept and very homey!" The bed and recliners were so comfortable. Satellite TV was a bonus and our son used the wi-fi to study magic tricks on You Tube. We even got a card trick performance each night! Your dvd collection is excellent. The air conditioning in the bedroom was much appreciated (as well as the one in the living room). The kitchen is well equipped with pots, pans & utensils. The lanai was great for relaxing and listening to the birds in the morning. Plenty of towels provided, even the little hooks on the walls were appreciated, easy for us to hang a t-shirt or towel. We are very pleased that we could find such a quality condo for such an affordable price! It was a perfect location for us in Kihei, close to lots of stores, restaurants and the beach, and it was very quiet and peaceful. We look forward to returning in the future... and

We stayed at this condo from July 12-24,2008. I tough that this amount of time would be too long to stay in one place and that my kids would get bored. But I was wrong, as soon as the kids saw how close we are to the beach and how neat the condo was, I knew that everything was going to be alright. We loved the pool and the short drive to all the nice beaches in Wailea. The kids also enjoyed being able to walk along the shops a block away from the condo and watch the sunset. Thank you Mike and Mary for this truly Pleasant Maui Condo, we'll be back!!!!

We had a wonderful week at the condo in June. We appreciated the fact you had masks, fins and snorkels for our use as well as beach mats. The location of the condo was great for going to the beach. I would recommend the condo to anyone.

My Boyfriend and I stayed in your condo from May 27-June 3rd and had an absolute blast. The location is perfect. Just a quick stroll away from Kamole Beach, shops, restaurants, etc. The interior is decorated nice and has all of the kitchen tools you need to cook a great meal or BBQ. Loved it and would recommend.

We had the pleasure of staying in D103 for ten weeks. We have never stayed on a ground floor, but we were pleasantly surprized by this special condo. It is so organized, it was a pleasure to move in. We enjoyed the bonus room which was the tiled patio outside. It has roller blinds which gives you privacy, we never missed a meal outside, it was great!! There is a slight view of the ocean which is nice.
The living room was SO COMFORTABLE, we loved the HD TV, high speed internet which we immediately hooked up to. The FURNITURE PROVIDED us with the comforts of home. The kitchen was well equipped. The bedroom was another great surprize with a king size bed, and it was one of the most quiet units we have ever stayed in. It was cool for sleeping and we never had to use air-conditioning. The TV in the bedroom was great for news in the morning.
We were so happy, we are returning next year. Thank-you to Mike and Mary for providing such a great unit.

Living in San Diego, you know what a nightmare that first week was and we can not begin to thank you for the kindness and concern you showed by calling us in Maui to see if there was anything you could do for us since we lived in Poway. That was truly was above and beyond and everyone we know has been told the story and are amazed.
Your condo is so homey and comfortable and well equipped it made a terribly stressful week tolerable. What was supposed to be a fun and festive wedding of our son turned into a frightening, nerve wracking few days but they all made it to Maui, and hung out at your place and thank God we received the all clear on Wed the day before the wedding. Having the internet connection was something we initially didn't care about since we weren't bringing our computer but our son-in-law did and they were staying in building A without a connection so guess where the computer was located for the duration!!!
Again, thank you so very much for providing such a great condo with everything you could possibly need, including beach stuff. It was great that the family was together and was comfortable. They all came there rather than their lodging initally, of course the beer and rum didn't hurt!!!!!

My husband and I spent Thanksgiving in the condo. It was perfect! We were so comfortable there, we could have never left. It takes minutes to take a nice walk on the beach, grab a cup of coffee and or grab a steak. The location is prime!

My wife and I were very pleased with Mike and Mary's condo. It is extremely well equipped, nicely furnished and clean. The location is convenient to the pool/BBQ area. I appreciated the detailed directions for getting to the unit and for use of the appliances and so forth. I expect we'll be staying there again.

AWESOME! AWESOME! AWESOME!
My husband & I had a fabulous time in Maui. Our stay in Kehei was wonderful and we are looking forward to another trip very soon. Mike & Mary have thought of everything regarding their condo rental. Every ammenity you could possibly need is provided. The condo was very clean and well maintained. It is just steps away from the beautiful beach, shops, resturants. You could walk to everything. We had the opportunity to meet several other residents in the condo community and was provided with lots of information for activities,where to eat,etc. We definitely will stay there again on our next vacation to Maui. Thank you so much Mike & Mary for a great vacation getaway. It was having our own private paradise.

Our dreams were succeeded by our vacation to your condo in Kihei - from the cost of the condo, to your thorough information about your place, as well as places to get groceries, fun things to do, etc. The king size bed was definitely one of the most comfy beds we've ever slept in! The kitchen was fully stocked with every accessory we might need (and we made quite a few breakfast and suppers here)and the grills by the pool were easy and fun to do some outdoor barbecuing. Your condo was very clean, extremely quiet, private, and fun to come back to every afternoon or evening after our days' events. When we were in Kihei for the day/evening, we enjoyed eating breakfast and supper at Fred's, snorkeling at Fishbowl, using your boogie board at Big Beach, and walking down to see the spectacular sunsets at Kamaole Beach I (right across the road. Thank you so much for a wonderful place to stay (definitely hope we can come back) and for making it possible, financially for us middle class folks!

this is a deluxe kihei condo for a great price! everything is very nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. the full kitchen is better than my own, and the sattelite cable goes nicely with the reclining lounge chairs. good location in the heart of kihei, with a great pool and jacuzzi. my wife and i were very pleased. thanks!

The condo was wonderful! We found it to be very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed every minute that we spent there relaxing and swimming in the pool. The close proximity to the beach, restaurants and shops made our vacation even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend the condo to all of our friends and look forward to our next visit!

Spent a wonderful week in this awesome condo. Located close to the beach, dining, and shopping, you can't ask for a better location. The unit is warmly furnished island style and the bed is awesome. The huge lanai is perfect for 'hanging out' time. The complex is very clean with a fantastic pool and BBQ area. We will definitely be back!!! Thanks so much!

Hi Mike and Mary! We have spent a total of 6 weeks in your condo over the last 3 years and have told you that we consider it our second home. We love the close proximity to the beach and the services. Kihei is great for a very quiet, inexpensive and relaxing vacation. I can't imaging spending quadruple at Ka'anapali any more (and we have)--for the same Maui vibe. BTW, it's now only 65 steps to Maui Taco due to a nice break in the lower fence.

Just wanted to say thanks for the opportunity to rent your lovely condo for our 2 week vacation. Could not have had a better time. Condo exceeded expectations and we found it more than comfortable and convenient. Bed was great and made full use of cooking and bbq'ing facilities. Close to everything we needed to get to and found Polo Beach at Wailea to be absolutely beautiful. Made friends with many Canadians in complex and look forward to going back. Thanks again and encourage anyone to go this route to cut down costs of holiday. It was a trip of a lifetime and well worth every penny.

This condo was absolutely fabulous! We will definitely recommend this to our friends and families! What a perfect location! Nice and close to the beach, shopping, restaurants, etc. The only problem we experienced was being picked up for our Haleakala tour. No one could seem to locate us? Other than that, we had everything we needed and had a wonderful honeymoon! Thanks again!

This is the perfect condo for an active and fun vacation in Maui! Tons of linens,fun decor, and above all, in a great location by the beach and walking distance to tons of great restaurants. I'd stay there again and recommend that you do too!

We had a great relaxing time for ten days in wonderful Kihei. BBQ and pool area were handy for about 4 nights of cooking and cooling off. Great location to walk down to beach or drive to our favorite snorkel area: Makenna Beach .... just past the old historic church. Saw loads of turtles, fish and volcanic formations .... save your money on all those boat trips, this area was better with a great beach, loads of parking and a wash up area. Condo was nice and close to places to eat and shop ... Fred's Fish Tacos made us feel like we were home in PB or Downtown, with a great sunset to boot. Great Flat screen TV to watch every minute of the Tour De France ... won by our home boy Floyd ... I swear he's innocent! Thanks for the great stay and the heads up on Aloha Air's last minute discount tickets in late July.... until our return trip: Aloha! y gracias! Papa and Mama Haus

Very nicely appointed condo. We espcially liked the security screen door. Lots of towels and linens. The kitchen had everything necessary to enjoy a couple dinners at home. The lanai was private and cozy. The dart board was fun. We wished the bed was alittle firmer. All in all a pleasant experience.

We just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed your condo. It really grew on us and we were sad to leave. It is very quiet there and surprisingly private considering the walkway goes right by the front door and bedroom. The grounds/pool/etc were very clean and attractive. WE LOVED YOUR MATTRESS!! This was probably the most comfortable bed we have ever rented.

The ultimate vacation!
I was a bit aprehensive about booking a condo through VRBO, but this particular experience had NO SURPRISES.
Condo is extremely comfortable, CLEAN!!!, easily accessible, furnished beautifully, close to the beach, all the amenities of home....Would definitely recommend for a quiet, peaceful and beautiful get away.

What a wonderful place to stay... It was exactly what I hoped for, and so much more. We felt like a treasured guests in someones home.
The decorating has a warm, welcoming island feel and everything you could possibly need is there for you...and the bed is sooooo comfortable! The lovely, cool, (and very private) tiled patio is an excellent place to enjoy the view, and listen to all the little birds in the area while you have breakfast, or cocktails.
There's a great beach, shops, restaurants (and an excellent fresh cinnamon bun shop!) a few minutes walk away. It's hard to believe, with everything so close, that this home is so quite, but very little noise will reach you other than the birds.
We highly recommended this property, and will return there again as soon as possible.

My husband and I spent a week at this condo.
It's in a great location. Steps away from a beautiful beach and close to numerous restaurants and shops.
The inside of the condo is very nice too - lots of room with a great view of the ocean.
I would recommend staying at this condo to anyone!

We have had some great times at this condo rental. Excellent value. Close proximity to the beach, shopping, bars and dining. We never had to drive unless we wanted to explore other areas. The rather large lanai is where we spent most of our time looking at the ocean and outer Islands.
